Information clause on the processing of personal data


Personal data controller.
1.1. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of data), hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR", the administrator of your personal data is Teccon Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. ul. GdaƄska 134 62-200 Gniezno, KRS 0000495770, NIP 7842491574 ("Administrator"), from May 25, 2018, i.e. the date of application of the above-mentioned regulation.

Personal data.
2.1. The administrator may process the following personal data:
names and surnames, positions, place of work,
e-mail address, telephone number,
addresses of places of business, NIP and REGON numbers, bank account number - in the case of sole proprietorships.
2.2. Providing data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent the conclusion of the contract and its implementation.

Purposes and grounds for processing personal data.
3.1. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes and on the following grounds:
based on separate consents granted by the client (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR),
to conclude and perform contracts or to take action before concluding a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
fulfillment of legal obligations in the field of accounting and tax settlements (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR),
implementing the legitimate interests of the administrator - for the purpose of possible investigation or protection against claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

The period of personal data processing.
4.1. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the service, and also for the time necessary to pursue claims and for the time necessary to fulfill obligations under the law (in particular tax and accounting law).
4.2. Personal data provided on the basis of a separate consent will be processed until its revocation.

Rights of data subjects.
5.1. Each data subject has the right to:
request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, objecting to the processing of this data and data transfer under the conditions resulting from the provisions of law and agreed
with the data administrator,
withdrawal of consent to data processing (withdrawal affects compliance
with the right to process based on consent before its withdrawal),
lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, which in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection,
impact on the scope of data processing.

Transmission of personal data.
6.1 The Administrator may transfer data to third parties supporting the economic activity conducted by the Administrator (e.g. a hosting service provider, IT specialist, law firm, accounting office) and entities supporting the implementation of contracts by the Administrator. (e.g. shipping companies, couriers, etc.).
6.2. Provision of the above-mentioned data recipients takes place on the basis of contracts concluded in accordance with art. 28 GDPR.
6.3. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.

Automated decision making, including profiling.
7.1. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.

General provisions.
8.1. The administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular, protects the data against unauthorized disclosure, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction.
8.2. The processing of personal data, the implementation of the above-described rights and obligations of the client takes place in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data.
