The Cartesian palletizer is based on a Cartesian system and is designed for stacking cases, and boxes on pallets. The machine is multifunctional, which also allows it to be used for product depalletizing operations. The Cartesian palletizer has a wide range of applications. It is the missing link in the production process in many plants which use innovative technology. The design developed by our engineers ensures that the solution is productive and cost-efficient. The small footprint makes it possible to adapt the palletizer to an existing product conveyor or production line. Simple assembly and intuitive software ensure quick integration into production and easy use. The machine’s compact design allows for simple expansion of the solution to include an empty pallet magazine, a cardboard spacer application system between product layers or a double pallet station. The highlight of the solution is the vacuum or mechanical gripper, individually selected for each type of case, or box. The gripper moves in three axes (x, y, z) with the possibility of rotation from 90 to 270 degrees, which ensures precision in palletizing the master packs. With a maximum load capacity of up to 40 kg and a high output (dependent on carton size, weight, and layout on the pallet), the palletizer optimizes the production process, reducing palletization time.
